Charging your EZEJUMP

Your EZEJUMP is charges wirelessly using Qi charging technology. Simple plug your charger into its outlet and place the charging pad right side down onto the charging plate on the EZEJUMP. More info on this can be found here.

How long does it take to charge my EZEJUMP ?

About 1-2 hours to charge the EZEJUMP battery, the red charging indicator LED will turn OFF when fully charged.

Can I charge my EZEJUMP with a cable?

No, the EZEJUMP is only able to be charged using the wireless charger.

Can I use any wireless charger with my EZEJUMP?

We recommend using the supplied wireless charger provided by Swift. If you require a replacement please

How do I tell if my EZEJUMP is low on battery?

You can find the battery status of the EZEJUMP in the EZEJUMP App.

Charging your NEO system

Never charge your NEO system with the carry case closed

The NEO system comes with a carry case that has been fitted with embedded wireless chargers.

While charging, the power switch LED will illuminate, and will turn off when fully charged.

How long does it take to charge my NEO system?

From a completely flat system a full charge takes approximately 10-12 hours.

Can I charge my NEO gates outside of the carry case?

Charging your DUO and UNO system

The UNO and DUO system are both charged using external charging sleeves.

From a completely flat system a full charge takes approximately 10-12 hours.

If you require to charge your gates outside of the carry case you may and purchase an additional external wireless charger.
