At times we may ask you to send us some diagnostic data from your Mobile app to assist us in troubleshooting.
To do so, just follow the instructions below.
Syncro:
Select the Settings Tab
Scroll down to Privacy
Tap the Send button for the diagnostics report
EZEJUMP:
Tap the user profile button on the top right.
Tap on the about button.
Tap send diagnostic button to send the diagnostics report.
