How do I send diagnostics info?
At times we may ask you to send us some diagnostic data from your Mobile app to assist us in troubleshooting. To do so, just follow the instructions below.
Syncro:
  1. 1.
    Select the Settings Tab
  2. 2.
    Scroll down to Privacy
  3. 3.
    Tap the Send button for the diagnostics report
EZEJUMP:
  • Tap the user profile button on the top right.
  • Tap on the about button.
  • Tap send diagnostic button to send the diagnostics report.
